There Is No Profitability
Without Accountability.

Every fill is held to your own rules. Break them and your group gets notified, so you'll think twice before the next one.

No way... David really just broke his position size again! 3 ES on a max of 2. Somebody please go check on him before it happens again.
The problem

You already know the rules. Following them is the problem.

Whether you revenge-trade, overleverage, or trade outside your window, the result is always the same. The negative cycle repeats.

The dashboard

The metrics that separate consistent traders from everyone else.

Consistent traders aren't taking better setups. They're breaking fewer rules. Your dashboard tracks that instead of P&L: compliance rate, win rate clean vs violating, the rules you keep tripping, and the hours your discipline cracks.

Not a journal

A journal meets you after the damage. RuleCount meets you at the click.

Tradezella, Tradervue, TraderSync: they record the damage after it's done and leave the fixing to you. RuleCount holds every fill to your rules as it happens and notifies your group the second you break one.

Questions

Things you're probably wondering.

Can RuleCount place or cancel my trades?

No. RuleCount is read-only. We pull your fills from your broker. We cannot place, modify, or cancel orders. Your money and your decisions stay yours.

What brokers do you support?

At launch: Tradovate. Many of the major prop firms (Apex, MyFundedFutures, TradeDay, and others) route through Tradovate, so if you’re on one of them you’re covered. Additional native platform integrations are on the roadmap based on customer demand.

How do you handle my broker login and data?

We connect through official OAuth, meaning we never see, store, or transmit your broker password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest in a managed key vault, and you can revoke our access in one click from your broker’s settings at any time. We operate within the terms of every broker, prop firm, and platform we integrate with.

How much does it cost?

One plan, $30 a month for traders. A coach tier priced by community size is coming. Founding members from the Discord beta keep discounted pricing for life.

Will this actually make me more consistent?

We don’t promise outcomes. Markets are markets, and your edge is yours. What we promise is that you’ll see, in your own data, which rule breaks are eating your win rate, and you’ll have a real reason to stop taking them. The pattern is consistent across every trader who has measured it: compliant trades outperform rule-breaks by multiples. The work is yours. RuleCount is what makes the work visible, and harder to skip.

Won’t a text after the fact be too late?

By the time the text fires, the trade is already in. But the text isn’t really the product. The thought of it is. The second of hesitation before you click buy, when you remember your group is about to see the break, is what stops most rule-breaks before they happen. That pause is the actual mechanism. The text is what makes the pause real. Without it, the rule’s just a sticky note nobody enforces.

When does it launch?

The beta is open now. Join the Discord to connect your account and start testing. Public launch is targeted for later this year, and early Discord members get in first and keep founding pricing for life.

Do I have to share my data with a coach?

No. You can use RuleCount purely as a private journal. But the sharing layer is where the real behavior change happens, and you control exactly who sees what and for how long.

Is this financial advice?

No. RuleCount is a journaling and accountability tool. It does not predict trades, recommend trades, or provide financial advice. You define your own rules. We just hold you to them.
